Scent and System: online store meets ERP integration

Project scope: E-commerce website for Shibui, a beauty and fragrance store, with full ERP integration.

Context: The client needed a digital store that would handle both the customer-facing experience and the internal management of stock, orders, and invoicing through their TeamSystem platform.

Challenges: Beyond the look and feel, the main challenge was integrating the store with the client’s ERP system. This included syncing inventory, automating invoices, and managing order flow in real time—all while keeping the shopping experience clean and fast.

Outcome: The result is a minimal, functional, and efficient online store that not only reflects the brand’s aesthetics, but also connects directly with TeamSystem to reduce manual tasks and errors.
