Connected e-commerce: syncing stock with a remote warehouse

Post Image

Project scope: Custom WooCommerce setup for Intocco, a lingerie and nightwear retailer working with an external warehouse.

Context: The company needed an online store that could showcase and sell products stored and managed by a separate logistics partner. The key requirement was not just design or usability—but backend integration.

Challenges: The real work happened under the hood. I developed a system that synced the external product database with WooCommerce, dynamically handling availability, pricing rules, shipping costs, and discount logic. The entire process had to run smoothly without manual intervention.

Outcome: A fully functional e-commerce site that hides its operational complexity. For the customer, it feels seamless. For the brand, it removes friction from logistics and updates.
